Ruby on rails local server

After deplying rails on render i can`t run local server

rails s
=> Booting Puma
=> Rails 7.0.5 application starting in development
=> Run bin/rails server --help for more startup options

Hi there,

As it’s you local machine there’s very little we do offer in the way of support.

If you Google that error it seems to be around worker config for Puma and something that affects Windows/JRuby.
