Resume/Suspend Redis/Valkey KeyValue from API?

Is there a way to suspend/resume a Redis/Valkey server via the API? Render recently added the ability to do so from the dashboard, but I don’t see an endpoint for for KeyValue datastores.

I tried the services and the postgres suspend endpoints but both 404’ed saying my service was not found.

Is this supported?
