Postgresql with node getting error message could not translate host name

Hello when I try to enter in my database information into my psequal gui I keep getting the error “could not translate host name dpg-cg483spmbg5d8843til0-a to address: nodename nor servname provided, or not known”

Both my webservice and my postgres are in the same region and everything is within the same account/team.
