ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement ctypes_snappy==1.03 (from versions: 1.03.linux-x86_64, 1.0, 1.1, 1.2)

Hi there,

Hmm, should that be a dash and not an underscore in ctypes_snappy It looks like the dependency should be ctypes-snappy: https://pypi.org/project/python-snappy/
