Need help reseting OTP

I am currently unable to access my account as I have lost access to my two-factor authentication (2FA) application. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resetting the OTP or providing an alternative method to regain access to my account.

I have already reached out to support@render.com but have not yet received a response.
