Linked Pages not working

The homepage(index.html) works perfectly fine but the other pages I have linked to it doesnt show up, it just gives a blank page with the error " Expected a JavaScript module script but the server responded with a MIME type of “binary/octet-stream”. Strict MIME type checking is enforced for module scripts per HTML spec." in the console.
