Is there a way to choose which domain is used by the health check?

Looking for way to make the health check always use the *.onrender.com domain, not the custom domain.

Hi there,
Right now it’s not possible to specify the domain used by the healthcheck. A custom domain will always be used in preference to the onrender.com address. We don’t seem to have any requests for this feature, https://feedback.render.com/features/p/add-custom-headers-to-health-check-path is the closest I could find that might be worth an upvote.
