Infrastructure metrics missing with datadog render-sample

Datadog render-sample: GitHub - render-examples/datadog-agent: Datadog Agent for Render services

Anybody else get the APM infrastructure metrics to enable with render’s sample for the Datadog-agent? and if so can you point me to what I should be configuring to enable it.

Everything else on Datadog APM for our node app seems to be capturing correctly (postgres/redis/http/express).
