I can't deploy my MERN project

I can’t deploy my MERN project. when i used nodemon index.js, this error is happened.
( Running ‘npm run dev’

backend@1.0.0 dev
nodemon index.js
sh: 1: nodemon: Permission denied)

And then i used node index.js, this error is happened. Please help me
