How i can use proxies inside my flask app to send request in render

i want to use proxies inside my flask app to send request but render runs my flask app behind the proxy so is it possible that i can use proxy to send req inside my flask app. i tried but i get timeout error. my proxy and code everything is correct i have tested it locally everything works fine
