How do I log an issue with Render?

Hi,

This might seem stupid, but I cannot find any page where I can log an issue with Render. The missing logs incident is marked as resolved, but I still do not get logs in some of my deployments and I would like to raise a ticket.

Does anyone know what the procedure is to report issues?
