How do I install libblas-dev package on render

I am hosting a Django application which requires these system-level packages so can I install them on render as they can’t be installed using pip

The answer here will be the same as the other tickets/topics you opened:

If you need custom OS-level packages, you may need to create your own environment in Docker so that you have more control, then deploy that.
