Flask app builds successfully but deployment times out and fails everytime

The build is successful but the deployment times out and fails every time I try to deploy the project.

Hi there,

Please bind to 0.0.0.0 and not 127.0.0.1 or localhost, I think if you front with gunicorn that does it correctly but call Flask app directly via python defaults to 12.0.0.1
