Experiencing 502 on Fastapi request

Im experiencing 502 from a POST request that works locally.
The weird thing is it return 200 the first time I called it, then 502 for following requests.

Fot context, Im using a FastAPI app to Web Server with a Dockerfile. I have set up similar services on render with no error.
