Error on deploying Shopify App

I’m trying to deploy my shopify app using this documentation
But I keep getting the error that
Error: listen EADDRNOTAVAIL: address not available 216.24.57.4:10000

Actually the solution is on the doc itself

If you build your app on remix → then just simply go to env of your app and remove HOST
