/does render employees have access to my instance, env keys, etc?

I’m wondering if in theory any render employees can view my env keys, or look though my server logs, login to ssh etc?

All of those are entirely possible which is required for us to be able to deliver the service to you - however, if they do so it should be as a direct result of you contacting us for support
