I setup a background worker with a Blueprint to utilize Sidekiq with a Rails application.
The Blueprint sync tells me it has an error, but won’t provide any information so that I can fix it.
Also, the worker sends me an error notification every 30 minutes and I have no idea how to remove a non-working worker that was created through a Blueprint. Removing the worker from the Blueprint doesn’t do anything.
At the moment, the only way to delete a resource attached to a blueprint is either via the dashboard or or api. We don’t currently support deleting resources through removing them from the blueprint in order to prevent accidental deletions: https://render.com/docs/infrastructure-as-code#no-automatic-deletions
If you’re still having issues with your blueprint sync, we’re happy to take a look. Would you be able to send the contents of your render.yaml? Feel free to send this via DM or to support@render.com.
