I am facing an error that dlib-19.22.99-cp310-cp310-win_amd64.whl is not a supported wheel on this platform. And due to this build is getting failed .
How can I fix it?

The package name you shared appears to be for Windows. Render runs on Linux, so you’d need to use appropriate package.
