Recently i joined rander for hobby,I am completely new to this.
I made account and Render asked for adding card for verification and they cut $1 temporary from my account.
However its been more than 12hrs and still did not get refund.
I know its a small amount but it matters for me. but there was written of temporary deduction. So i need this back.
I tried to contact support from dashboard but its not opening.
Tell me how to reach them and ask for refund.
