Looking at the CPU graph, I see that the y axis is from 0 to 1, like in the attached image. Does this mean that 1 is actually 100% usage of the CPU, I’m asking because usually on any CPU usage graph it does go from 0 to 100, not from 0 to 0.
That quantity is number of CPUs corresponding to CPUs displayed in our pricing page. An update is in the works that changes this from # CPUs to %, which is what most people are used to and prefer.
