Database unavailable before 30 days for more than 24 hours

I initially created the database using the free plan. A few days later, I upgraded to the Pro plan by paying with my card. After few days, I removed the card payment because I wasn’t satisfied with the Pro plan. Yesterday, the database became unavailable, even though 30 days haven’t passed yet. I’ve sent a ticket to the team, but it’s been over 24 hours and I still haven’t received a reply.

Anyone has an idea? or should i just move to another platform?

So that sounds like you created a database using a free instance type inside a workspace using a Hobby (free) plan. Upgrading the workspace does not change any compute behaviour within the workspace, so if indeed the database was using a free instance type then it would still be free and expire after 30 days.

If you changed the DB to use a paid instance and then removed your card, then as advised in the warnings around removing cards then any paid services would be suspended.

Hopefully you’ve heard back from the team now with an explanation?
