One of my cron builds is failing, but the dashboard is crashing, so it’s hard to debug.
The javascript error is
Caused by: React ErrorBoundary TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'status')
Is this a known problem?
I created a ticket for this, 3 days ago, no answer.
This is a BASIC feature and i am stucked and cannot finish my project since it is impossible to troubleshoot why my builds are failed.
I use render since 3 years on various accounts, that’s the first ticket i open in 3 years, i am very disappointed by render quality support when a major problem occurs.
If i have no answer and correction today i will close my account and switch to another provider.
It is not acceptable to have this kind of bug, no answer after 3 days (and they know that a build issue completly freeze a project), like if render was not considering its customers …

We received the first report of this on Friday and flagged it internally for a fix. This morning, the fix was implemented and this issue is now resolved.
